摘    要:2011年,由欧、美、日等知识产权强权国家发起的《反假冒贸易协定》(AC-TA)生效,其矛头直指中国。ACTA的生效对中国的商标制度及涉及商标的进出口贸易都会产生巨大影响,中国在国际商标保护方面将面临更大的压力。研究ACTA对我国企业商标制度的影响并分析应对之策,意义重大。

Abstract:In 2011,the Europe,the U.S.,Japan and other intellectual property rights great-power launched the anti-counterfeiting trade agreement(ACTA) take effect.The spear points to China.The effective of ACTA to China's trademark system and involves the import and export of trademark will have great influence.China in international trademark protection will face more pressure.ACTA research to our country enterprise trademark system and the influence of the analysis of policy measures,is of great significance.
