我国企业对外投资风险的模糊综合评价方法研究

伴随我国经济进入起飞阶段和"走出去"战略的实施,我国对外直接投资不断发展壮大,我国企业已进入海外投资时代。但对外投资的整体绩效不容乐观。表现出了盈利面窄、经营失误、债务沉重、海外资产流失等问题。鉴于以上情况,本文从当代国际投资发展规律出发,将模糊综合评价方法应用于对外投资决策中的风险评估体系,建立对外投资风险评估体系框架,并利用投资案例说明了该方法的分析计算过程。

Methods Study of Fuzzy Assessment Method in China's FDI Risk Analysis

With the economic take-off and the implementation of"going out"strategy, China's FDI continues growing. Chinese enterprises have entered into the era of overseas investment. But the whole performance of FDI is not optimistic, which shows problems as follows:narrow profit gains, operational errors and heavy debt, the loss of overseas assets,etc.. In light of the above, this article applied fuzzy assessment method to the risk assessment of foreign investment decision-making system, established a risk assessment framework, and use investment cases to illustrate the calculating methods.
