| 摘 要： | 本文选用1981-2007年的对外直接投资相关数据,从存量和流量数据、多种模型和国际比较等角度对中国投资发展阶段进行了实证检验,结果显示,中国对外直接投资发展符合Dunning的投资发展路径(IDP)理论,使用存量数据较流量数据更具优点,中国对外直接投资处于IDP第三阶段,与其他发展中国家相比,虽然中国人均GDP较低,但对外直接投资发展阶段并不落后。
