跨国公司增大了双向贸易不平衡

近年我国对外贸易迅速增长,贸易顺差扩大,使我国与主要贸易伙伴之间的贸易摩擦加剧。由此引发了新贸易保护主义,也增大了我国经济安全的风险。我国以加工贸易为主要贸易方式、以外商投资企业为进出口主体的贸易结构是长期顺差的主要因素。我国要在扩大进口、增加内需、调整利用外资政策、优化进出口结构、限制加工贸易发展等多方面采取措施,积极稳妥地应对贸易不平衡问题。

Transnational Corporations Increase the Bidirectional Trade Imbalance

The rapid growth of China's foreign trade has promoted the domestic and international economic development greatly.However,the expansion of trade surplus increased trade conflict between China and major trading partners.China's trade structure which treats the processing trade as the main trade model and regards foreign-invested enterprises as the main body of import and export is the main factor of the long-term surplus.The fact that trade surplus mainly comes from transnational companies not only covered up the real wealth and distribution of profits,triggered new trade protectionism,but also increased the risk of economic security.China should take measures to deal with the issues of trade imbalance actively and properly in many aspects,such as expanding imports,increasing domestic demands,adjusting the policy of using foreign capital,optimizing the import and export structure,restricting the development of processing trade,and so on.
