| Abstract: | Knowledge integration of parent corporations and subsidiaries of multinational enterprise has been the prime way that parent corporation and subsidiaries of multinational enterprise innovating, developing core capacity and producing competition advantage. This paper expatiated the knowledge transformation and the content of knowledge integration between parent corporation and subsidiaries of multinational enterprise, three boundaries of knowledge integration of parent corporation and subsidiaries of multinational enterprise, and the boundary penetrating and realization of knowledge integration between parent corporation and subsidiaries of multinational enterprise. |
