| 摘 要： | 服务业离岸外包的快速发展反映了服务业全球转移的新趋势。服务离岸外包的发包国主要为发达国家,承接国主要为发展中国家。新一轮服务业的全球转移为我国调整产业结构,优化贸易结构提供了机遇。
