| 摘 要： | 利用中国大陆29个省市区1999—2004年的数据,研究东、中、西部地区FDI与地方政府财政投资性支出和消费性支出的关系,结果表明:东部地区的政府财政消费性支出与FDI呈正向关系,投资性支出与FDI呈负向关系,都呈"U"型特征;中部地区的政府财政消费性支出与FDI呈正相关关系,呈倒"U"型特征,而投资性支出与FDI呈负相关关系,呈"U"型特征;西部地区的政府财政消费性支出与FDI呈负相关关系,呈"U"型特征,投资性支出与FDI呈正相关关系,呈倒"U"型特征。

| Abstract: | This paper uses China’s 29 provinces’ data from 1999 to 2004 to study the relationship between FDI and local governments’ investment expenditure and consumer spending in the eastern,central and western regions.The results show that in the eastern region local governments’ consumer spending has a positive relationship with FDI and investment expenditure is in a negative relationship with FDI,both are tested as"U"-type features;in the central region local governments’ consumer spending is in a positive relationship with FDI,it shows a inverted"U"-type features,and investment expenditure is in a negative relationship with FDI,it shows a"U"-type features;in the western region local governments’ consumer spending is in a negative relationship with FDI,it shows a"U"-type features and investment expenditure is in a positive relationship with FDI,it shows a inverted"U"-type features. |
