| 摘 要： | 中国现有的贫困人口呈现出围绕于地理区域的"块状分布"格局。基于此,通过将区域协调发展的一般性理论与扶贫开发工作特点相结合,根据各区域对利益共同点的感受力,构建基于区域协调发展、跨越行政区域以地理区域为扶贫单元、整体推进的扶贫开发工作模式,不失为提高当前扶贫开发工作绩效的可行之路。
