生产性服务业提升制造业效率的传导机制检验——基于成本和规模中介效应的实证分析

摘    要:运用1999—2008年制造业行业面板数据,实证检验了生产性服务业基于成本费用和生产规模提升制造业效率的传导机制的存在性,并针对不同要素类型制造业和三大经济带制造业进行相应分析。研究表明:基于国家层面,生产性服务业主要通过直接作用提高制造业效率,经由降低制造业平均成本和提高制造业生产规模来改善制造业技术效率的中介作用并不存在;生产性服务业对技术密集型制造业的成本中介效应和规模中介效应十分显著,满足效应传导机制假设;沿海三大经济带中,生产性服务业作用于制造业的成本中介效应和规模中介效应均存在,但除了珠三角的绝对规模中介效应为正外,其他中介效应均显著为负。

Abstract:Based on manufacturing industries’ panel data from 1999 to 2008,this paper makes an empirical study of mediating effect from producer services to manufacturing industry on cost and scale,and makes appropriate analysis of different manufacturing types of elements density and three economic zones.Results show that:Firstly,based on national level,industry association effect from producer services to manufacturing is mostly direct,cost and scale mediating effect are insignificant;Secondly,based on industry level,cost and scale mediating effect are significantly positive in technology-intensive manufacturing.At last,in three economic zones,cost and scale mediating effect all exist,but absolute cost mediating effect is positive just in the Pearl River delta region.
