| Abstract: | The edible fungus polysaccharides with biological activities and health functions are good candidates for the formulation of novel functional foods and nutraceuticals without any serious safety concerns. The research on the antitumor, antioxidant activity, hypolipidemic, enhancing immunity, hypoglycemic and so on is reviewed in the paper, which is the aim of to offer some reference to research and development of edible fungus polysaccharides. |
