摘    要:随着社会的不断发展,食品检验成为人们关注的首要问题。在传统的食品加工中,通常存在着一些安全问题,主要表现为添加剂成分过多、检验过程不规范、技术性落后等。因此,要彻底地控制食品安全问题,就要加强检验中的技术性,运用近红外光谱方式分析样本成分。本文从近红外线光谱技术的整体概述出发,探讨其在食品检验过程中的应用。

The Application of Near Infrared Spectroscopy in Food Inspection and Biological Analysis
Abstract:With the continuous development of society, food inspection became the primary problem of attention. There are some security issues in traditional food processing, such as additive composition too much, inspection process is not standard, technical backwardness and so on. Therefore, to control food safety problems from it completely, will strengthen the inspection of technical and composition analysis using near infrared spectra method for sample. In this paper, starting from the overall summary of near infrared spectral technology, discusses its application in food inspection process.
