黑曲霉发酵生产壳聚糖的研究

摘    要:研究了黑曲霉发酵生产壳聚糖的培养条件。通过单因素试验和正交试验分析,确定了最佳发酵条件为:培养酵温度30℃、pH值7.0、培养时间72h、摇床转速200r/min。最佳发酵条件下菌体干重达21.38mg/mL。通过电解法、酸碱交替处理提取壳聚糖,壳聚糖产率13.7%,脱乙酰度86.1%。

Abstract:The production of chitosan by fermentation of Aspergillus niger was studied. Through single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiment, The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: the fermentation time was 72 h, rotate speed of fermentation reaction table was 200r/min, pH value was 7, the fermentation temperature was 30℃. Under the optimum fermentation process, the dry cell weight could reach 21.38mg/mL. When chitosan was extracted by electrolysis acid-base method, its deaeetylation degree was 86.1%, yield of chitosan was 13.7%.
