QuEChERS—气相色谱法鱼肉中多氯联苯残留分析方法的研究

为建立QuEChERS—气相色谱鱼肉中多氯联苯残留的分析方法,取样品以1%冰乙酸的15 m L乙腈提取,采用分散型固相萃取,萃取净样品后,提取液氮吹浓缩后用正己烷定容,过滤膜,上GC-ECD检测。结果显示:样品加标回收率在76.4%~104.4%,相对标准偏差RSD在1.2%~3.6%,当取样量为3 g时,检出限在0.2~0.5μg/kg。

Improvements of the QuEChERS-GC Method for Polychlorinated Biphenyls Residue Analysis in Fish

This paper develops a new method to detect polychlorinated biphenyls in fish by QuEChERS–GC. The samples were extracted with 15 mL acetonitrile which included 1% acetie acid, and cleaned up by dispersive–SPE, After extraction liquid nitrogen blow concentrated with toluene the capacity, the ifltration membrane, ECD detecting. The results showed that the recovery range was 76.4%~104.4%, RSD was 1.2%~3.6%and the lowest detecting limits was 0.2~0.5μg/kg when sample weigh is 3 g.
