| 摘 要： | 采用LCMS联用方法测定鸡肉中的24种β-受体激动剂,结果表明:24种β-受体激动剂在0.100~10.000μg/L范围内线性良好;方法检出限和方法定量限分别介于0.004~0.025μg/kg和0.014~0.082μg/kg。

Determination of Twenty-four Kinds of Beta Agonists in Chicken by LC-MS |

| Abstract: | This paper used the LCMS combined method to determine of 24 kinds of beta receptor agonists in chicken. The results showed that: between 24 kinds of beta agonists in 0.100 to 10.000 μg/L range with good linearity; the method detection limit and the method of quantitative limit were ranged from 0.004 to 0.025 μg/kg and 0.014 to 0.082 μg/kg. |
