龙头鱼中二甲胺的含量测定

采用分光光度计法测定,在波长434 nm处比色定量测定龙头鱼中的二甲胺。标准系列溶液所测得对应的吸光度对其二甲胺含量作线性回归来绘制标准曲线,得回归方程为y=0.013 86x-0.027 93,相关系数为0.999 35。此次试验线性良好,r~2=0.999,试样提取液中二甲胺检出限为0.3μg/mL,重现性良好,RSD值为1.29%,加标回收率在100.70%~108.30%。

The Determination of Dimethylamine Concentration in Bombay Duck

By the spectrophotometer, this papaer determined the leading fish in two methylamine colorimetry at the wavelength of 434 nm. The absorbance of standard series of solution measured corresponding of second methylamine content for linear regression to draw standard curve and regression equation y=0.013 86x-0.027 93, the correlation coeffcient was 0.999 35. The test linearity was good, R2 =0.999, sample extraction two methylamine solution detection limit was 0.3 μg/mL, the reproducibility was good. The RSD values was 1.29%, the recovery rate between the 100.70%~108.30%.
