| 摘 要： | 通过使用柱后衍生系统,建立柱后碘衍生法测定食用油中黄曲霉毒素B_1含量的方法。结果表明:黄曲霉毒素B_1在0.5~55.0 ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数为0.999;对黄曲霉毒素B_1浓度0.4、2.0、20.0ng/mL的标准品进行6次平行分析,重复性结果良好,回收率范围为85.8%~106.2%,方法检出限为0.050μg/kg。

| Abstract: | Determination of aflatoxin B1 in edible oil by post column derivatization with post column derivatization,. The results showed that the aflatoxin B1 has good linear correlation in the concentration range of 0.5~55 ng/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999; The results of six parallel analysis of the concentration of 0.4, 2, 20 ng/mL of alfatoxin B1 standard was good, recovery rate was 85.8% to 106.2%. The detection limit was 0.050 μg/kg. |
