Analysis of Measures on Registration of Ships Mortgaged Under Construction

Shipyards faced more difficulty in fund shortage and ship financing caused by global fmancial crisis. In order to solve the problem, the Maritime Safety Administration of China recently released the Interim Measures on Registration of Ships Mortgaged under Construction, which makes shipyards able to mortgage ships under construction so as to solve the problem of fund shortage.
