跨文化交际能力融入高职旅游人才职业能力培养的探析

摘    要:经济全球化已成为支配世界发展的新趋势,在这样的宏观背景下,培养具有国际化视野和服务意识,具备良好的英语表达能力和跨文化交际能力的高素质旅游人才资源必将促进我国旅游业实现可持续发展。目前我国大多数旅游院系尽管强调对学生跨文化交际能力的培养,但并没有将其融入到职业能力培养中。基于此,着重将论述将跨文化交际能力融入职业能力培养的积极意义。

Combining cross-cultural communication ability to occupational competency training process
Abstract:Economic globalization has become a new trend in terms of world development, especially since entering this century, along with the national economy booming ,cross-border, cross-national, cross-cultural tourism activities have 'also increased a lot, providing a larger space for tourism development. Under such a macroscopic background, human resources with international hotel professional quality and service consciousness, excellent English expression ability and the ability of cross-cultural communication has become the cornerstone of healthy sustainable development of tourism in our country. However, because of the tourism industry in China started considerably late, therefore the educational ideas and technology of tourism is lack of broad international vision, corresponding lagging behind. And cross-cultural communication ability level is insufficient, which makes it considerably hard to adapt to the international industry requirements. Based on this, this article focuses on the benefits which was brought by combining cross-cultural communication ability to occupational competency training process.
