| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国的出口贸易发展迅速，同时吸收利用外商直接投资（FDI）的数量也大幅增长。实践表明，FDI对我国出口贸易的发展做出了巨大的贡献，但也带来了不少问题。文章从出口商品数量、出口商品结构等方面．探讨了FDI对我国出口贸易的积极影响及其局限性．并有针对性地提出了有效利用FDI的几点政策建议。

Analyzing the Export Trade Effect of China＇s Utilization of Foreign Direct Investment |

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening, China＇s export trade has developed rapidly, the amount of the absorption and utilization of foreign direct investment has increased greatly simultaneously.The practice indicated that FDI has made the tremendous contribution to China＇s export trade＇s development, but has also brought many questions. The article has discussed the affection and limitation of FDI to China＇s export trade from the export quantity and export commodities＂ structure,and has put forward several policy suggestions pertinently in using FDI effectively. |
