摘 要: | 鉴于当前慈善事业体制不完善以及非公募基金会的发展处于初级阶段的现实.简述了非公募基金会发展现状,指出了发展过程中存在的问题,阐述了如何构建壹基金慈善品牌,探讨了壹基金慈善品牌对非公募基金会发展的影响并列举出促进其发展的合理建议。

Abstract: | The essence of scientific and technological achievements is technology innovation, but not all the technological achievements can be transformed. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements needs a perfect social environment, the keys are policy and law environment, system environment and Humanities environment, make a "Encourage Success and Failure Tolerance" society, train up lots of risk investors and entrepreneurs, pay attention on the technology integration, improve the efficiency and quanlity of transformation. |
