高校电子商务人才培养现状分析及对策

电子商务已成为企业未来运作的必然趋势，专业人才的培养成为新的焦点。我国电子商务人才培养模式尚处于探索阶段，存在着诸多问题。文章分析了高校电子商务教学的现状，结合教学实践，对电子商务人才培养进行了探讨，认为应根据电子商务发展需要制定人才培养模式，注重人才培养模式的创新，为社会培养合格的电子商务专业人才。

University Electronic Commerce Personnel Training Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasure

E-commerce has become an inevitable trend to the future operation of enterprise and professional talents to become a new focus. E-commerce training model in China is still at the exploratory stage, there are many problems in this. This paper analyzes the status of university teaching e-commerce, combined with teaching practice. Personnel training for ecommerce were discussed that the development of electronic commerce should be based on the need to work out training mod- el, focusing on innovative training model for the community of e-commerce training qualified professional personnel.
