摘    要:近年来,我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育规模迅速增长,但目前仍缺乏与培养目标相适应的培养模式。文章针对研究型高等院校,特别是理工类研究型高校,分析了全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养现状和存在的问题,结合研究型高校在科研上的独特优势,探索性地提出了以应用型项目为载体的全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式。并阐述了该模式下研究生培养工作的实施重点,为我国全日制专业学位研究生的培养提供参考与借鉴。

Discussion on "Applied project"based Cultivation Mode of Postgraduates with Full-time Professional Master Degree
Abstract:As we know, the scale of postgraduate education about full-time professional master degree ex- pands rapidly in recent years. However, there is no the corresponding cultivation mode according to the given training goals up to now. In this study, based on the research oriented universities of science and technology, the cultivation status and the problems for full-time professional master is summarized. Furthermore, in consider- ation of the advantages of scientific and engineer research in these universities, we proposed a noval "applied project" based cultivation mode of postgraduates with full-time professional master degree, as well as the key points of this mode during the cultivation process. This novel cultivation mode can open an avenue for educating and training postgraduates of full-time professional masters.
