军队院校科研经费管理的问题与对策研究

随着军队科技事业的深入发展，国家和军队对军队院校科研的投入力度不断加大，然而，军队院校在科研经费的使用和管理过程中还存在不少问题。造成了一些不必要的损失和浪费。针对目前存在的问题挺出了改进措施，以期对军队院校的科研经费管理工作有所启示。

The Problems in the Management of Military Academy＇ Scientific Research Expenses and Resolutions

With the development of army science and technology enterprise, money that put into military academy＇ scientific re- search by our country and army grows continually,however problems exist in the management of scientific research expenses which causes waste and loss of the country funds. This article focuses on the problems that exist in the management of expenses for re- search ,and then puts forward some methods to deal with these problems on the purpose of that it will be to some degree beneficial for the management of military academy＇ scientific research expenses.
