| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,广大中小型港口企业为了提高生产效率,已经越来越重视对散货码头装卸工艺管理的策略研究。本文首先对中小型港口散货码头普遍存在的装卸工艺管理方面的问题进行了分析,然后给出相应的解决方案,达到了提高生产效率、减少生产成本的目的。

| Abstract: | With the fierce competition,many small & medium-sized port enterprises have realized the importance of less container load terminal management gradually.First,problems about management of loading and unloading craft existing in small & medium-sized port less container load terminal are analyzed,and the solutions of existing problems are put forward,aims of enhancing productivity effect and reducing productive cost come true. |
