| Abstract: | Based on non- effectiveness demonstrated from the perspective of product features, technical support, marketing, competition and organizational maturity in supply chain of fresh food of China’s large-scale supermarket. This paper mainly researchers the constructs and optimization of supply chain of fresh food in large supermarket, and is seek to explore the developmental direction of the managerial innovation for fresh food in large supermarket. |
