| 摘 要： | 食品安全溯源问题是当前迫切需要研究和解决的课题,而信息技术的发展为食品溯源体系的完善提供了可能。特别是条码技术作为一项先进的信息自动采集技术,可以对食品原料的生产、加工、储藏及零售等供应链环节的管理对象进行标识,并借助计算机信息系统进行管理。论文从条码技术自身特点入手结合流通实际对条码技术在食品溯源过程进行应用分析。

| Abstract: | Food safety tracing problem is the crying for research and solve,the development of information technology provide possible solution for this.Barcode is an advantage information automatic collection technology,which could be used to identify food material in the process of product,storage and retail.Combined with information technology,food can be monitored in each process.These article will base on the characteristics ofbarcode and analyze it application in food tracing. |
