Supplier Management under the Supply Chain

As the intense competition and the increasing request for customization of made-to-order products, the manager realized that in the new century, there is a series abuse of vertical form. Now more and more enterprises start to abandon this form. Transverse form, that is supply chain is a kind of new form. This article discusses the question of supply chain, the management of it and the relation of manufacture and provider.
