| 摘 要： | 近几年,伴随我国履行加入世界贸易组织的各项承诺,服务领域对外开放步伐加快,作为服务业之一的物流业发展也面临着挑战。山东省作为一个经济大省,物流业发展处于初级阶段,研究如何加快物流业发展对于提升山东省经济实力、推动比较优势向竞争优势的转化、增强国际竞争力有着重要意义。在SWOT分析基础上,本文根据山东省物流业的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和威胁,提出发展战略。
