辽宁省城市化的度量与战略模式分析

城市化是大工业生产发展的结果,其适度规模由工业化所需的劳动人口所决定。在运用城市化比例指标体系的基础上,结合数据包络分析中的CCR模型,测度了辽宁省14个地区2003～2008年的城市化水平。结果表明辽宁省各地区城市化水平远远低于工业化水平,适度城市化水平与城市化水平绝对值大小没有直接关系。

Analysis on the Urbanization Measure and Strategic Model of Liaoning Province

Urbanization is a major result of the development of industrial production,and its appropriate size of the workforce is required by the industrializeddetermined.This paper,using the proportion of urbanization index system based on data envelopment analysis combined with the CCR model,measures the level of urbanization of 14 districts in Liaoning Province from 2003 to 2008.The results show that cities in Liaoning Province regional level are far below the level of industrialization.Urbanization level and moderate level of urbanization arenot directly related to absolute size.Finally,according to the development of cities in Liaoning Province problems,the paper proposes the corresponding policy recommend ations.
