| 摘 要： | 提高农民收入是解决我国三农问题的重要手段,而农民收入能否提高与财政的支农政策密切相关。主要从财政农业支出的规模及其结构对农民收入的效应角度,找出了财政支农政策的问题,进而建议政府加大财政农业支出规模,形成稳定的增长机制,并且不断调整和优化财政支农资金结构。

| Abstract: | The increase of the income of the farmers is an important means of solving the problem about farmers,villages and agricultures,which is closely related to financial policy on agriculture.By analyzing the effect of the size and structure of agricultural financial expenditure on farmer's income,this article finds out the problem existing in it,and then suggest that government should increase the size of agricultural financial expenditure,constantly adjust and optimize its structure. |
