摘    要:执行力低下是近来中国企业界和管理界热点关注的问题。企业执行力决定着企业竞争力,没有执行力的企业将无法生存与发展。本文从执行力的定义出发来剖析中国企业执行力低下的原因,论述了中国企业只有构建完善的规范化组织管理机制、优化企业管理流程和业务流程、提升企业员工的整体执行技能和工作意愿,才能发挥执行力的优势,在激烈的市场竞争环境中立于不败之地。

Abstract:Recently,the enterprise and management circles in China are paying close attention to the issue that the execution capability of enterprises is in alow level.The execution capability of enterprises determines the competition capability of enterprises,and without it,the enterprises will not exist and develop in market competition.This article begins with the conception of execution capability,analyzes the reason of the low-level execution capability of enterprises.And it discusses that only by constructing the perfect and organized management mechanism,optimizing the management flow and work flow,improving the employee's entire executing skills and working desire can we make fulluse of advantage of execution capability,and prevail in severe market competition.
