| Abstract: | Financial holding company is the realistic selection for China's financial industry to participate in international competition and transfer separated operation to multi-operation. This paper gives a brief account of the current situation of our financial holding companies, explores the ideal pattern in which we form our financial holding companies, analyzes the risks we will face when we establish financial holding companies and puts forward some suggestions on their supervision. |
