| 摘 要： | 鉴于我国成立金融资产管理公司处置银行不良资产的重要意义 ,针对当前有关资产管理公司有效性的一些讨论 ,文章主要从资产管理公司模式本身存在的缺陷和相应的外部环境出发 ,分析该模式的有效性 ,并提出应对措施及思路 ,以最终完善和发展资产管理公司模式。

| Abstract: | Because of the significance of treatment on non-performing assets of commercial bank, four AMC have been established. Focusing on current discussion about the validity of AMC, this paper analyzes through internal limitation and corresponding outside conditions of AMC mode, then puts forward to some advices, trying to make this mode perfect. |
