再论中国体育制度改革的取向

中国体育事业的进一步发展需要以对传统体育管理体制的改革作为前提。由于体育事业在社会生活系统中的特殊地位及其本身的多功能、多属性特征 ,决定了它的改革取向是多因素综合作用的结果 ,并呈现出层次区分。同时 ,应坚持体育事业的经济效益和社会效益的统一。

RE-ANALYSIS OF THE ORIENTATION OF THE REFORMATION OF OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

As there exist the close relations between physical education and economy,politics,culture,etc in the different fields of social life,the orientation of the reformation of physical education must be determined in consideration of the demand of socialization of physical education,the restraint of macro-marketion economy and the comprehensive functions in the different requirements of the self-development of physical education.Physical education,in our country is a cultural formation,and its poly functions and properties determine the orientations of its reformation with different levels,i.e.,a part of physical education is in the big environment of marketing economy;a part enters markets and another part enters marketing economy.At the same time,we should stick to the unification of both economic benefit and social benefit.
