| 摘 要： | 景区景点基础设施建设滞后、旅游产业链条断裂、市场秩序混乱、管理体制改革不顺、旅游形象整体营销乏力是西部民族地区旅游业发展存在的主要问题。应发展民族特色旅游,整合旅游资源,优化产业结构,加强区域合作,创新管理体制,创新营销模式,加大旅游招商引资力度。
