| 摘 要： | 围绕中小企业融资这一热点问题 ,从资金来源、政府对中小企业的宏观管理及金融扶助政策等方面入手 ,对发达国家中小企业融资的经验进行了比较分析 ,并结合中国实际提出了改善我国中小企业融资状况的发展思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper, around the topic of general interest--the fusing funds of medium-small enterprises, and starting with some factors, such as fund sources, the governments' macro-management and financial supports on medium-small enterprises, etc., we make a comparative analysis on the experiences of the fusing funds of medium-small enterprises in some developed countries. Meanwhile, combining with the domestic practice, we put forward the developing thinking of improving the fusing fund conditions of medium-small enterprises of our country. |
