核心竞争力理论及其对我国旅游企业的启示

摘    要:给出核心竞争力的概念与特征之后 ,简要分析了企业经营战略理论的三个阶段。最后得出三点启示 :1 旅游企业要积极培育核心竞争力 ,增强竞争优势 ;2 旅游企业要组建具有核心竞争力的旅游范围 ;3 旅游企业在企业经营战略的谋划、决策和实施中 ,必须抓住核心竞争力。

REVELATIONS FROM THE THEORY OF THE CORN COMPETENCE TO CHINESE TOURISM ENTERPRISES
Abstract:After giving the definition and characters of corn competence,the paper briefly analyses three phases of the theory of enterprise management strategy and points out that core competence is its essence.Finally,the paper summarizes three revelations:1.Tourism enerprises should play an active role in fostering their core competence to strenghen competitive advantage;2.Tourism enterprises should develop tourism groups with corn competence.3.It's necessary for tourism enterprises to grasp corn competence in the course of the plan,decision and performing of management strategy.
