摘 要: | 通过对糯玉米速冻保鲜技术的研究,确定了糯玉米的最佳采收期为植株抽丝后23~28d,并筛选出最佳烫漂时间和冷冻方式。

Abstract: | The results showed that the optimal harvesting date for the corn was from 23th to 28th day after pollination , the suitable boiling and cooking time for the corn was from 8 to 10 minute, and after corn ears are deep freezen 30min at the temperature - 38℃~- 45℃ by deep freezing machine to freeze grains completely, then put corn ears in freeing chamber at - 28℃ to freeze com ears completely, and keep products in low temperature room at -18℃±2℃. |
