技术进步方向、资本-劳动替代弹性对中国农业经济增长的影响

摘    要:本文从理论上分析了资本-劳动替代弹性和技术进步方向对农业经济增长的影响,估算了28个省份1978-2013年要素替代弹性和技术进步偏向指数。研究结果显示,要素替代弹性大于1,技术进步主要偏向于资本;要素替代弹性和技术进步偏向指数与农业经济增长率呈正相关关系,即要素替代弹性促进农业经济增长,在要素替代弹性大于1的情况下,技术进步偏向资本促进农业经济增长。

Abstract:This paper theoretically discusses the influence of capital-labor substitution elasticity and biased technological progress on agricultural economic growth and the results from the estimate of the factor substitution elasticity and biased techno-logical progress index of 28 provinces in 1978-2013 show that the value of the factor substitution elasticity is more than 1, and the technological progress mainly favor capital. The results from using the panel data model to test the effect of factor sub-stitution elasticity and biased technological progress on agricultural economic growth show that Capital-labor substitution elas-ticity and biased technological progress index have a positive correlation with the agricultural economic growth rate, that is, they can promote the agricultural economic growth. The result is consistent with the theory that the elasticity of factor substitu-tion can promote agricultural economic growth, and the capital biased technological progress tends to promote agricultural eco-nomic growth when the factor substitution elasticity is greater than 1.
