中国老年人口的受教育水平

基于五普数据,从不同角度比较分析了中国老年人口受教育状况,结论是(1)从国际比较看,我国受过良好教育的老年人口比例很低。(2)两性之间受教育程度以及文盲、半文盲率的差别是显著的,且保持了某种历史的连续性。(3)我国具有较大开发价值的老年人才资源达到百万之众。(4)越是年轻的老人,接受的教育越多。(5)城乡之间老年人口受教育水平发展的差距主要是女性老年人口差距所致。(6)汉族老年人口的受教育程度要高于少数民族。提出了三点建议。

The Average Educational Level of Chinese Old Population

The paper analysis the educational status of China's old population by contrast based on the data of fifth National Census. As a result, the conclusion is following: First, well-educated old population proportion in China is rather lower. Secondly, the gap between the educational status of male and female old population is big, what's more, the differential model is kept. Thirdly, there are at least more than one million old population who has the higher educational level and development poteutial. Fourth, much younger the old population is, much higher educational level they have. Fifth, the gap of old population's educational level between urban and rural areas mainly due to the gap of female old population's educational level. The educational level of Han old population is higher than of other minority old population. Finally, three suggestion is proposed.
