| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,中国经济增长与就业变动之间的关系呈现出较强的非一致性 ,对这一现象理论界给出了多种解释。对各种观点以及就业弹性的计算方法进行了综述 ,指出了以上理论对现实解释各说各话的根本原因在于缺乏对经济增长与就业增长之间关系的微观基础——企业劳动力需求行为的深入研究。
