从波特理论看中小保险公司的竞争策略

摘    要:我国寿险业从目前的市场状况来看,仍属于明显的寡头竞争的市场格局。各中小保险企业与领先者在竞争模式上的趋同,使其陷入典型的"夹在中间"的困境中。面对日趋激烈的竞争格局,中小保险公司只有确立明确的竞争战略,才能赢得竞争优势。而波特的竞争优势理论无疑对中小保险公司的战略选择及实施具有十分重要的指导意义。

Abstract:In our country, the life insurance still belong to the market pattern of obvious oligarch's competition according to present market situation. The imitation of leading competitor's competition mode has made the small and medium-sized insurance companies falling into typical predicament of "insert in the middle". Facing to the keen competition, the small and medium-sized insurance companies,only by establishing clear competition strategy, could win the competition advantage. And it is undoubted that the competition advantage theories of Potter have important directive significance for the small and medium-sized of insurance companies to choose and implement the strategies.
