| 摘 要： | 制度因素是影响城市化进程的非常关键的因素,我国西部地区①的城市化进程突出地反映了这一点。文章通过对不同时期西部地区城市化过程的分析,提出西部地区应继续加大制度创新力度,以更有效的制度安排组合来加速城市化进程。
