| 摘 要： | 我国现行区域政策的监督管理机构设置不完善,区域管理机构设置采用的是一种分立的职能部门模式,各部门间缺乏必要的沟通与协调,从而使区域政策的效应难以得到有效发挥.本文从制度经济学的视角进行相关分析,并提出了相应解决方式.
