| 摘 要： | 伴随着全球化电子商务的快速发展，我国的零售业正面临着巨大的机遇和挑战，国外先进零售业进入国内市场，在给国内零售业带来巨大冲击的同时。也带来了先进的零售业电子商务模式。本文通过借鉴国外先进零售业的经验，分析了我国零售业电子商务发展存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应建议。
