| 摘 要： | 由于国际区域经济一体化对全球贸易公平自由化发展具有双重效应,为此多边贸易体制对国际区域经济一体化坚持"既许可又规范约束"的原则.目前,随着中国与东盟自由贸易区建设的启动和积极寻求与更多国家签署自由贸易协议谈判工作的展开,通过参与国际区域经济一体化路径扩大对外开放已成为中国的重要战略选择,但是,中国在寻求与区域经济一体化过程中,不仅要掌握和遵循多边贸易体制规则,而且要学会利用规则和积极参与新规则的制订.

| Abstract: | Due to dual effects on global free trade of Regional Economy Integration,the Multilater Trade system upholds the principle of both allowing and curbing.Currently,with the starting of CAFTA and negotiations on FTA with more countries openness.Enlargement through the path of participation in Regional Economy Tntegration becomes chinese stategic choice.However,In this process China needs not only grasp and conform with the Multilateral Trade system,but also learn to use it and actively make new rules. |
