| 摘 要： | 金融控股公司已经成为全球金融业的发展趋向,是金融业由分业经营向混业经营过渡的一种组织模式选择.本文对我国金融控股公司现实情况进行了概括、分析和总结,提出我国金融业向混业经营过渡的组织形式是在明确规范现存金融控股公司经营的基础上,通过有效的措施发展和完善我国的金融控股公司,实现银行业、证券业、信托业和保险业的互利共赢.

| Abstract: | The financial holding company has become the trend of the global financial industry;it's a choice of organization modes when financial industry changes from separation management into universal management.The paper generalizes,analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the holding companies of China.Then it comes to the conclusion that the transmission of Chinese financial industry toward universal management is based on the present regulation of the operation of financial holding companies,and the industries of banking,securities,trust and insurance can win through effective measures and the improvement of Chinese financial holding companies. |
