| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了我国农村社区公共服务体系和服务设施管理的现状及其政府财政投入管理体制,分析了我国农村社区公共服务体系及公共服务设施管理存在的主要问题,描述了我国农村社区公共服务需求与公共服务设施管理的新变化,从划分各级政府财政农村社区公共服务投入范围,改革政府财政管理体制,增加社区公共服务投入,努力实现城乡基本公共服务均等化等方面,提出了增加财政投入,健全农村社区公共服务设施,以满足农民公共服务需要的对策。
