| 摘 要： | 本文运用2003-2009年中部七省(吉林除外)的面板数据,定量考察了外商直接投资技术溢出对我国中部农业生产率的影响.研究表明,FDI的技术溢出有助于促进农业技术进步和全要素生产率的提高；通过进口贸易途径的国际技术溢出对中部农业技术进步、技术效率的影响均不显著；“出口中学”有利于农业技术进步和全要素生产率的提高.

| Abstract: | This paper empirically examines the impact of international R&D spillovers of foreign direct investment on its agricultural productivity,based on the panel data of China’s 7 central provinces during the period from 2003 to 2009.It reveals that the international R&D spillovers of foreign direct investment have significantly positive effects on agricultural technological progress and agricultural total factor productivity.The results also show that the international R&D spillovers of the import trade have not significantly effects on agricultural technological progress and agricultural technology efficiency,and learning by export will improve the technological progress and total factor productivity in agriculture. |
