相机价格管制——卖方垄断市场信息不对称下的价格管制研究

摘    要:本文以信息对称下,垄断厂商的最优销售合同为基准,进而推导在价格自由和信息不对称下,垄断厂商的最优销售合同,最后研究存在价格管制和信息不对称下,垄断厂商的最优销售合同.通过三种情况下,垄断厂商最优销售合同及不同类型消费者剩余的比较分析,发现不同的管制价格不影响垄断厂商的最优销售量,但影响不同类型消费者的剩余,产生不同的经济后果.最后提出政府应根据垄断厂商的定价策略进行相机价格管制的思想.

Abstract:This papers discusses three kinds of optimal sale contract supplied by monopoly firm. Firstly the contract is under the information symmetry and without price regulation. Secondly the contract is under the information asymmetry and without price regulation. Thirdly the contract is under the information asymmetry and price regulation. With comparison of the three kinds conditions it finds out that the price regulation do not effect on the optimal sale quantity. However the price regulation has affected on the surplus of the different kinds of the consumers and causes the different economic consequence. Finally it brings forward to the policy suggestion about price regulation.
